Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to make my signs?

Printing Coroplast signs takes about 10-15 business days after proof has been approved. Polybag and Polyboard take about 7-10 business days depending on the quantity of your order.

How long does it take to ship my signs?

Depending on where you are shipping to, Ground Shipping will take about 4-7 business days.

What if my sign has an error?

Once the proof has been approved, if there has been an error on our part then we will work with you to either refund your order or reprint at no charge to you.

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please call. We have trained customer service representatives eager to assist in any way possible.

What are the hours of operation for Yard Signs?

We are open 7am to 6pm MST.

How do I know how many colors to select for my sign when ordering?

Each template product states how many colors it is by default, either 1 Color, 2 Color, or Full Color

Will I get a proof of my sign to review before they are printed?

Yes, we require a digital proof be sent and approved before any signs may be printed. This provides you, the customer, with the peace of mind that you will receive exactly what you expected.

How can I design a sign from scratch?

Under each category there is a product labeled "Custom Design". With this product you can fully customize your sign by uploading a file, describe how you would like it to look, and/or have one of our Graphic Designers call you within 4 business hours of ordering.

Can you design my sign for me?

Yes we can. On the product ordering page simply check 'Work with our Graphic Designer to customize your sign'. This way we can contact you and get an idea of what you would like and develop the sign for you.

Can my order be cancelled?

Once your artwork has been approved your order cannot be cancelled under most circumstances. If your order has not begun in production your order may be cancelled but a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Why do I need a Designer? Does it cost anything to use a Designer?

Oftentimes, customers will prefer speaking with someone when ordering their sign usually because they don't have a Designer on-hand to work with. We provide this convenient service to insure you receive exactly what you want with one-on-one communication. If you choose this option during the ordering process, we will call you within 4 business hours of receiving your order.

It doesn't cost you anything to speak with our Designers. This service is completely free of charge!

Can I add a logo to my sign?

Yes, you can! Simply upload it on the product ordering page. Most file types are allowed: .jpg, .gif, .tiff, .ai, .psd, and .pdf. You can also email your logo to sales@woodlandmanufacturing.com and just reference your order number.
